AlignMed Partners is seeking a Part Time, Full Time, or contracted Wound Care Advanced Practice Provider to float among three Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton facilities. Requires 1+ year wound care APP experience; RN, NP or PA with appropriate licensure and certifications preferred.

The role involves on-site collaboration with leadership and medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care in post-acute and long-term settings. Competitive hourly pay and incentive bonus program offered.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in wound care with adult/geriatric populations.
• APN with board certification or PA with PA-C and state licensure.
• Active wound certifications preferred (CWS, WOCN) or pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute and chronic wound care in nursing centers.
• Collaborate with center leadership and medical director on patient care.
• Support care goals and contribute to high-quality healthcare delivery.
