AlignMed Partners seeks a qualified wound care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a float role across four Country Meadows facilities in Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton, PA. Remote work is not offered; on-site care is provided to nursing residents with a focus on wound management.

The position allows Part Time, Full Time or 1099 contract arrangements, with at least two years of wound care experience desirable.

Qualificações

• Graduate from accredited nursing program and RN licensed.
• NP certification with focus on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner; PA must be ARC-PA accredited and PANCE.
• Minimum two years wound care experience; DEA for applicable states.

Responsabilidades

• Provide acute and chronic wound care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care decisions.
• Support center goals and collaborate with other providers to deliver high-quality health care.
