Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks a wound care Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for a float across four Country Meadows facilities in Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton, PA. The role supports sub-acute and long-term care with no on-call or weekend requirements.

Eligible candidates include NPs and PAs with wound care experience; positions can be filled as part-time, full-time, or 1099 contracted, with a base rate of $59–$61 per hour and an incentive bonus program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN license and NP certification (Older Adult or FNP track).
• PA must be from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PA-NCC exam; PA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute and chronic wound care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director on patient care.
