AlignMed Partners is seeking a part-time, full-time, or 1099 wound care Advanced Practice Provider to float among four County Meadows facilities in Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton, PA. NP or PA with wound care experience preferred.

On-site collaboration with leadership and medical directors ensures high-quality care for geriatric residents. The role offers a guaranteed base wage of $59–$61 per hour with a no-cap incentive program, plus robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with RN license and NP certification.
• PA candidates must complete ARC-PA program and pass PANCE.
• Minimum two years wound care experience with adult/geriatric patients.

Responsabilités

• Provide acute and chronic wound care for nursing center residents in collaboration with other clinicians.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to meet center goals and priorities.
• Coordinate care with Medical Director or Attending Physician for patient care decisions.
