Job summary

Mitchell Martin is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) in Gettysburg, PA to join our healthcare team onsite. This full-time role involves delivering wound care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends.

You will travel within a 55-mile radius and work with EMR systems to document care. Applicants must hold PA NP licensure with prescriptive authority and a DEA license by training end, plus at least 2 years of wound care

Qualifications

Active NP license in Pennsylvania (PA).
Prescriptive Authority and DEA license required by end of training period.
Minimum 2 years of wound care experience.
Experience in SNFs, long-term care, or rehabilitation facilities.
Willingness to travel within a 55-mile radius of home.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and mobile documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills: collaborative, communicative, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient-focused wound care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Work Monday through Friday with no night or weekend shifts.
Travel within designated area as needed to provide care.
