Kettering Health Network's Hamilton Wound Center is seeking an LPN to provide direct wound care, assessments, and patient education under supervision. The role emphasizes evidence-based wound care, safety, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements include Ohio LPN license and BLS; wound care experience and WCC certification are preferred, with strong documentation and EHR skills emphasized.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Experience in wound care or outpatient clinical setting preferred.
• Current, valid LPN license in Ohio.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• WCC or similar wound care certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' skin integrity and wound status under supervision.
• Perform wound dressings, debridement and apply wound care equipment as ordered.
• Document patient responses and progress in the EHR.
• Administer wound-related medications per orders and policies.
• Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
