Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program is required.
• LPN licensure in the state or NLC/eNLC multistate license required.
• BCLS certification required; maintain CEUs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care for patients with wounds, ostomies, fistulas, tubes, skin and incontinence issues.
• Works under supervision to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintains standards of practice, complies with policy, manages supplies and equipment.
• Promotes collaboration with medical staff and supports patient satisfaction initiatives.
