Responsibilities
- Implement the client’s Care Plan and provide direct nursing care.
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor patient condition and treatment effectiveness.
- Notify supervisor of changes in patient status.
- Teach client self-care techniques and document nursing notes.
