The role requires an active LPN license and a nursing degree, with responsibilities including patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and charting progress under the direction of a supervising RN.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ skin conditions and provide care as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record all treatment medications.
• Chart patient progress, ailments, medications and symptoms.
• Provide progress reports to the supervising RN and nursing director.
