Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered LPN license in North Carolina.
• Experience in wound care or wound-care certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer wound care treatments including dressing changes and documentation.
• Monitor healing progression and communicate findings with the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and therapists to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate staff, patients, and families on wound care management and prevention.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in the EMR system.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
