Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our wound care team. The LPN will plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with RNs and other disciplines to support optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CPR certification and has interest or experience in wound care. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional growth within a leading wound healing and Amputation Prevention Center system.

Qualifications

• CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Prior wound care patient experience is preferred (training will be provided).
• Experience with billing and coding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing assessments and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs and acuity.

Skills

CPR certification

Wound care experience (preferred)

Billing/coding experience (preferred)
