Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a local leadership leader to manage day-to-day operations across inpatient and outpatient locations, driving budgets, quality initiatives, and program development for the wound, skin, ostomy, and hyperbaric shared service.

The role collaborates with care-site administration, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value specialty care, oversee staffing, compliance, and performance improvement while ensuring patient safety and caregiver engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or leadership equivalent experience.
• Experience in budget management.
• Ability to develop strong team dynamics in customer-based environments.
• Bachelor's degree in medical field or healthcare administration preferred; licensure verification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborates with provider leadership to develop department strategies aligned with enterprise and shared services.
• Leads the achievement of goals and implements action plans to improve performance.
• Manages department human resources including hiring, performance reviews, staff development, retention, and discipline.
• Ensures documentation and maintenance of caregiver competency and training.
• Provides communication to caregivers and providers through rounds, huddles, staff meetings and other channels.
