Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a local healthcare leader to manage day-to-day operations across inpatient and outpatient locations within the wound, skin, ostomy, and hyperbaric shared service. You will oversee budgets, quality improvement initiatives, program development, and staff leadership.

The role collaborates with enterprise and care-site leadership to set strategy, drive patient safety, and deliver high-value, compassionate care while developing teams and aligning with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or leadership equivalent experience.
• Experience in budget management.
• Ability to develop strong team dynamics in customer-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborates with provider leadership to develop and implement department strategies.
• Leads the achievement of goals and implements action plans to improve performance.
• Manages department budget requests and capital budgeting with leadership.
• Hires, reviews, and develops staff; ensures caregiver competency and training.
