• Collaborates with provider leadership to develop and implement department strategies that align with enterprise.

• Demonstrates cost-effective use of resources to meet department financial goals.
• Manages department human resources including hiring, reviews, staff development and retention.
• Provides communication to caregivers and providers through rounds and staff meetings.
