Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a local leader for wound, skin, ostomy, and hyperbaric shared services. You will oversee day-to-day operations across inpatient and outpatient locations, drive quality initiatives, manage budgets, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or leadership-equivalent experience.
  • Experience in budget management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborates with provider leadership to align department strategies with Enterprise, Region, and Shared Services.
  • Leads the achievement of goals and implements action plans to improve performance.
  • Demonstrates cost-effective use of resources to meet department financial goals.
  • Manages department hiring, performance reviews, and staff development/education.
