Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborates with provider leadership to implement department strategies.
• Leads achievement of goals and action plans to improve performance.
• Manages department human resources including hiring, performance reviews, staff development, retention, and terminations.
• Provides communication to caregivers and providers through rounds, huddles, staff meetings.
