Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or leadership equivalent experience.

• Bachelor's degree in medical field or healthcare administration preferred.
• Licensed clinical credential or compact license where applicable.
• BLS for healthcare providers where applicable.
• Experience in wound care, ostomy, and hyperbaric medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborates with provider leadership to align department strategies with enterprise goals.
• Leads to achieve goals and implements action plans to improve performance.
• Manages department financial performance and budget requests.
• Hires, reviews, and develops staff while handling retention and discipline.
• Ensures caregiver competency documentation and training are maintained.
