Job summary

MIMEDX is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales across the Miami territory, engaging physician practices, wound care clinics, and medical centers. You will promote tissue products and coordinate with reimbursement teams to support physicians’ billing needs.

The role requires strong communication and strategic selling skills, with experience in medical devices or biotech sectors preferred. Travel within territory and a competitive compensation package including commissions are offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline required; MS/MA with experience acceptable
• 6 years of experience in related field with 3 years in progressive roles, or verifiable ability
• Certification required in some areas; preferred 5–6 years in medical device/biotech/tissue sectors
• Experience in high-growth organizations and building relationships that fueled growth

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales goals for products and tissue offerings
• Identify and execute market opportunities with new marketing strategies and sales plans
• Conduct presentations to customers and prospects on company products
• Research and resolve reimbursement issues for customers within policies
• Collaborate with reimbursement team to support physicians and billing
• Provide accurate reporting and territory forecasts
• Maintain awareness of industry activity and local market knowledge
• Utilize scientific studies to educate customers on product benefits
• Establish territory plans for revenue and long-term growth
