Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a geriatrician to lead bedside wound care across a national network of facilities. The role features no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities, with a focus on clinical excellence in wound management.

You will train and work with wound-certified physician trainers, conducting rounds and using real-time EMR documentation. The position offers a mobile practice within a 40–60 mile radius and a 30-hour work week for part-time options.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location, 2–3 facilities per day, treating ~20–30 patients daily.
• Document clinical notes at point of care during rounds using the proprietary wound-specific EMR.
