Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Geriatrician to join the National Wound Physician Group. This mobile role covers bedside wound care in post-acute facilities, with no nights, no call, and no weekend duties. Work 4–5 days full-time or 3 days part-time, visiting 40–60 miles around the practice location.

You will participate in weekly wound rounds, manage 20–30 patients daily, and receive paid training with a wound care fellowship. MD/DO license required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Willingness to work in a mobile, multi-facility setting within a 40–60 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care at facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day and treat ~20–30 patients daily.
• Document care in real-time using the proprietary EMR.
