Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Geriatrician to lead wound management across 3,200+ facilities in 28 states. This mobile role features no nights, no calls, and no weekend duties, with a schedule of 7 am–4 pm (full-time) or 3 days/week minimum for part-time.

You’ll visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, performing bedside care for about 20–30 patients per day, and benefit from paid training and a compensated fellowship in wound care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• W2 employment with benefits; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care at facilities in the post-acute setting.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Deliver care to patients across a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Complete clinical documentation in real-time during rounds using the proprietary wound EMR.
• Participate in paid training and wound care fellowship during onboarding.
