Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Geriatrician to join our national wound physician group. The role centers on bedside wound care in post-acute settings, with no nights, no calls, and no weekends. It is a mobile practice serving facilities within a 40-60 mile radius, treating 20-30 patients daily.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTAC Hospitals).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Manage a daily patient load of ~20–30 patients across 2–3 facilities per day.
