Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Geriatrician for a National Wound Physician Group role in Maryland. The position offers a no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical schedule with a 30-hour work week for some tracks, plus benefits and paid training.

Physicians travel to facilities within a 40–60 mile radius and provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings. Expect weekly wound rounds and daily patient care across multiple facilities, with 2–3 facilities visited per day and 20–30 patients treated

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state.
• Wound care expertise or training strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (SNF/LTACH).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities within assigned radius.
• No nights, no weekend calls, no on-call duties.
• Travel to 40–60 mile radius; treat 20–30 patients per day.
