Lever, Inc. is seeking a Geriatrician to join a national wound physician group providing bedside wound care across 3,200+ facilities in 28 states. The role offers no nights, no calls, and no weekend duties, with a mobile practice within a 40-60 mile radius of the base location.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings across facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day and treat 20-30 patients daily.
• Document care in real-time using the proprietary wound-specific EMR.
