Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Two years clerical experience.
• One year of experience working with insurance referrals or patient access.
• Experience with CPT and ICD-10 coding preferred.
• Vocational training in medical front office desired.

Responsibilities

• Reception, patient scheduling, and registration.
• Referral coordination and insurance verification.
• Processing billing information, charge entry, and payment posting.
• Batch balancing and cash reconciliation.
• Serve as initial contact for patients and guests of the Center.
