Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate care plans for patients with wound care needs.
• Provide specialized consultation and education on wound, ostomy and continence issues to patients, families and staff.
• Direct care and supervision of wound, ostomy and incontinence care; demonstrate clinical competence and improve quality of care.
