Job summary
Vibra Hospital of Northern California is seeking a skilled RN to coordinate and lead the Dialysis Center in Redding, CA. You will oversee dialysis care, assess patients during treatment, and support the dialysis team in delivering acute hemodialysis per care standards.
The role requires a BSN, current CA RN license, 2+ years dialysis experience, and Vibra-approved BLS/ACLS certifications; strong leadership and clinical decision abilities are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of dialysis experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Previous clinical and leadership experience.
- Must be able to accurately interpret color test strips.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage assigned unit activities in the Dialysis Center to provide quality patient care.
- Supervise dialysis patients' care and evaluate clinical status during treatment.
- Assist dialysis team in delivering acute hemodialysis per established standards of care.
- Oversee nursing care delegation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
