Job summary

Mölnlycke Health Care seeks a Wound Care Certified Nurse or Physical Therapist for its Clinical Specialist – Post-Acute Care role. You will act as the clinical bridge to wound care solutions, partnering with the sales team to educate customers, drive adoption, and improve patient outcomes across the Western US.

You will lead clinical education sessions, support field teams, and collaborate across departments to align with business goals. Overnight travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or related specialty is required.
• Current Wound Care certification required: CWOCN®, CWCN®, CWON®, CWS®.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience as a certified wound care clinician.
• In-depth knowledge of chronic wound management, venous leg ulcers, and compression therapy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Post-Acute Strategic Accounts and Post-Acute Sales to drive clinical strategy.
• Lead product and clinical education sessions, including peer-to-peer programs and QIP initiatives.
• Support the salesforce in the field by training new hires and mentoring reps.
• Build relationships with clinicians, influencer partners, and cross‑functional teams.
