Job summary

Molnlycke Health Care is seeking a Wound Care Certified Clinical Specialist for the Post-Acute Care segment in the Western US. You will serve as a clinical resource, collaborating with sales to drive education, adoption, and patient outcomes, while managing field-based responsibilities across home health, SNF, and post-acute settings.

The role requires a strong wound care background, 5–7 years of experience, and active certification.

Qualifications

• Current Wound Care certification required: CWOCN, CWCN, CWON or CWS.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years as a certified wound care clinician.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to obtain/maintain required credentialing for job.
• Post-Acute/Home Care network experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Post-Acute Strategic Accounts and Sales to drive clinical strategy and growth in top accounts.
• Lead product and clinical education sessions, including peer-to-peer programs and QIP initiatives.
• Train and mentor new hires; reinforce clinical best practices in the field (Western US).
• Build relationships with clinicians, partner organizations, and wound care influencers.
• Provide input on new product development and participate in clinical trials and market launches.
• Represent Molnlycke at industry associations and events.
