Job summary

Molnlycke is seeking a Wound Care Certified Clinical Specialist to join our Post-Acute team, covering the Western US. You will work with our sales force to deliver education, drive adoption, and improve patient outcomes by applying expert wound care knowledge in real-world settings.

Ideal candidates hold a Wound Care certification and are a Nurse or Physical Therapist with 5–7 years of post-acute experience, plus CWOCN/CWCN/CWON/CWS credentials, and strong knowledge of VLUs and compression

Qualifications

• Must be a Wound Care Certified Nurse or Physical Therapist.
• 5–7 years of post-acute wound care experience.
• CWOCN/CWCN/CWON/CWS certifications are required.
• Deep knowledge of VLUs and compression therapy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Post-Acute teams to drive clinical strategy and growth in key accounts.
• Lead education sessions and peer-to-peer programs.
• Support field training and reinforce clinical best practices in the Western US.
• Build relationships with clinicians and influencers in wound care.
• Represent Molnlycke at industry associations and events.
