Job summary

Mölnlycke is seeking a Wound Care Clinical Specialist for the Post-Acute team to advance clinical education and drive adoption of wound care solutions in the Western US. You will partner with sales to improve patient outcomes and support market launches.

The role requires 5–7 years of wound care experience, a current wound care certification, and the ability to travel up to 75%. A BSN or PT degree is required with a master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current Wound Care certification (CWOCN/CWCN/CWON/CWS).
• 5–7 years of progressive wound care experience.
• In-depth knowledge of VLUs and compression therapy.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain required credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Post-Acute teams to drive clinical strategy and growth in top accounts.
• Lead education sessions, peer-to-peer programs, and QIP initiatives.
• Support the field sales team with training and clinical guidance.
• Build relationships with clinicians and influencers in wound care.
• Provide input on product development and participate in clinical trials.
• Represent Mölnlycke at industry associations and events.
• This role covers the Western US with up to 75% overnight travel.
