Job summary

Mölnlycke Health Care in Northern California is seeking a Clinical Specialist focused on advanced wound care to educate clinicians, partner with Territory Managers, and drive clinical adoption of wound care solutions across your region.

You will travel within your territory to deliver in‑services, lead workshops, and present as the clinical face of the organization to customers and professional associations, shaping care delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy or related field.
• CWOCN/CWON/CWCN clinician certification or ABWM/CWS certification required prior to employment.
• Approximately 5–7 years of related nursing experience and wound care knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Advance clinical sales strategy by partnering with Accounts and Territory Managers.
• Deliver clinical education through in-services, demonstrations, peer sessions, and workshops.
• Present as the clinical face of the organization to customers, teams, and associations.
• Develop educational tools to strengthen clinical understanding and product use.
• Support sales by providing real-time clinical expertise and driving adoption.
• Onboard and mentor new Territory Sales Managers and provide ongoing clinical development.
• Identify clinical advocates and potential research partners in wound care.
• Represent the organization in wound care associations and professional communities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development on messaging and programs.
• Travel across the territory to meet customer and partner needs.
