Job summary

Molnlycke is seeking a Wound Care Certified Clinical Specialist to support the Post-Acute Care team across the Western US.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist with 5–7 years of wound care experience, CWOCN/CWCN/CWON/CWS certification, and deep knowledge of VLUs and compression therapy. This field-based role collaborates with sales and education teams to drive clinical adoption and improve patient outcomes, with overnight travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy is required; Master's degree is preferred.
• Current Wound Care certification is required (CWOCN, CWCN, CWON, or CWS).
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience as a certified wound care clinician.
• In-depth knowledge of chronic wound management, especially VLUs and compression therapy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Post-Acute Strategic Accounts and Post-Acute Sales teams to drive clinical strategy and support growth in top-priority accounts.
• Lead engaging product and clinical education sessions, including peer-to-peer programs and QIP initiatives.
• Train field staff, mentor new hires, and reinforce clinical best practices across a large Western market.
• Build relationships with clinicians and influencers in the wound care space.
• Provide input on new product development and support market launches.
