Job summary

Wooddale Church is seeking a Technical Arts Director to design, implement, and advance the technical infrastructure for worship and ministry. You will lead Audio, Video, and Lighting across main spaces and campuses, ensuring reliability and scalability for services and events.

You will collaborate with ministry leadership and the CFO on budgets, standards, and long‑term strategy, while keeping a strong focus on worship quality and continuous improvement in both traditional and modern settings.

Qualifications

• Professing believer with evidence of a relationship with Christ.
• Affirm the Statement of Faith and Covenant of Wooddale Church.
• Be a regular participant in public worship at Wooddale Church.
• Become or remain a member in good standing of Wooddale Church.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for core technical systems (audio, video, lighting) across campuses.
• Set standards for equipment, signal flow, networking, and system architecture.
• Oversee lifecycle, maintenance, and budgeting of technical infrastructure.
• Develop long‑term infrastructure roadmaps and support large worship environments.
