Job description

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a Central Production Directorto provide vision, leadership, and direction for production (audio, video, lighting) across all campuses. This role plays a key part in shaping meaningful worship experiences by ensuring excellence, consistency, and creativity in every production environment.

The Central Production Director will lead and develop Production HUB Directors and their teams, driving strong systems, healthy culture, and high-quality execution across the organization. This individual will set the standard for innovation and excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Cast vision and lead production strategy across multiple campuses
• Guide creative direction for audio, lighting, video, and environments
• Develop and coach Production HUB Directors and volunteer teams
• Oversee production systems, workflows, and campus support
• Manage budgets and long-term equipment planning
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and consistent execution for services and events

• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Technical proficiency in audio, video, lighting, and production systems
