Job summary

The SBC Executive Committee in Gainesville, Florida is looking for a Front of House engineer to serve primarily for worship services. This role includes overseeing audio systems, implementing WAVES integration, and managing video systems for livestream and IMAG.

The candidate will collaborate closely with the Worship Pastor and Creative Director, recruit and train volunteers, and manage service recordings. Ideal for someone with a technical background in AVL and broadcasting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Front of House engineer for worship services.
• Oversee and maintain all audio systems, including Dante audio networking.
• Implement and maintain WAVES integration.
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot Allen and Heath Consoles.
• Oversee video systems for IMAG, livestream, and on-demand viewing.
• Coordinate with the Creative Director regarding the programming and operation of lighting.
• Maintain all AVL and broadcasting equipment.
• Coordinate with Worship Pastor and Creative Director regarding the technical execution of weekly livestream services.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and shepherd all volunteers for AVL and broadcasting roles.

• Manage the recording, archiving, and distribution of all worship services.
