Faith Church is seeking a Tech Director to provide strategic leadership for all Production ministries across its Florida campuses. This role oversees Audio, Lighting, Production Systems, and volunteer development, transforming technical excellence into distraction-free worship experiences.

The Tech Director will recruit, coach, and equip volunteers while aligning with Faith Church’s culture and philosophy, building teams that thrive in a fast-paced, creative ministry environment.

Qualifications

• Spiritually mature leader with a passion for developing people and building healthy volunteer teams.
• Experienced production leader who values leadership and discipleship over equipment.
• Proven success recruiting, coaching, and multiplying volunteers within a church or multi-campus ministry.
• Strong knowledge of live audio, lighting, and production systems, with willingness to jump in when needed.
• Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced ministry environment and communicates well across teams.
• Innate alignment with Faith Church’s culture, values, and ministry philosophy.
