Job summary

Ross Video, a leader in live production technology, seeks a Sales Manager for Worship Production in the USA. This remote-friendly role drives new business, expands relationships with churches and ministries, and achieves annual worship sales targets.

You will work with Inside Sales, Solutions Architecture and Marketing to build territory plans, manage the pipeline, and close deals while traveling 50-75% to customer sites and events. Knowledge of worship production markets is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a complex sales environment, with direct sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow worship production accounts and meet targets.
• Experience selling live production equipment and solutions to US customers.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing and new worship production business across the USA.
• Deliver on-site and virtual sales presentations to customers and partners.
• Develop annual territory plans and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Solutions Architect and Marketing teams.
• Forecast sales and manage account planning to hit quotas.
