Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or Music is required.
- Master's or PhD is not required.
- Experience in technical support, digital media, or related field.
- Experience in local church music ministry.
- Experience in web design and development.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for LifewayWorship.com via phone, chat, and email.
- Manage digital and physical worship assets and archive organization.
- Collaborate with programmers, legal, and ministry leadership on initiatives.
- Coordinate shipping and fulfillment of vendor orders.
- Assist with rights and royalties administration for worship assets.
- Support regression testing and bug fixes for LifewayWorship.com.
