LCBC Church is seeking a full-time Worship Leader for the Clarks Summit campus. This role involves leading worship on 46 to 48 weekends per year, recruiting and training musicians, and managing volunteer schedules through Planning Center Online.

The Worship Leader will contribute to special events, pastoral care, and the overall worship culture of the church. The position ensures alignment with church values and provides various benefits including medical coverage and professional development

Qualifications

• Personal relationship with Jesus and ongoing spiritual growth.
• Ability to recruit, train, and pastor musicians and artists.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship at the Clarks Summit campus 46 to 48 weekends each year.
