Job summary

LCBC Church seeks a Worship Leader for the Clarks Summit campus to lead worship and guide a team of musicians and artists. You will steward weekend plans with excellence, authenticity, and God-honoring worship, serving LCBC’s broader mission to introduce people to Jesus and help them fully follow him.

You will recruit, train, and pastor a vibrant volunteer worship community, attend department meetings, and contribute creatively to weekend gatherings and special events.

Qualifications

• Leadership role requiring spiritual maturity and daily growth.
• Ability to recruit, train and pastor a community of musicians and artists.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams to execute weekend plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship 46–48 weekends per year on location.
• Carry out weekend plan with excellence, passion and authenticity.
• Recruit, train and pastor a community of musicians and artists.
• Schedule volunteers and communicate weekly with the team.
• Participate in Worship Department meetings and events.
