Job summary

Grace Fellowship Church in Colorado is seeking a part-time Worship Coordinator to organize, coordinate, and support weekly worship services in alignment with our mission and values. The role reports to the Senior Pastor and involves planning meetings, staff communication, and leadership participation.

The position is hourly, part-time, with an anticipated average workload of ~20 hours per week. Sunday presence is typically required, with flexibility for rehearsals and events as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in worship ministry, music, theology, ministry leadership, communications or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating worship services, church ministry programs, or volunteer teams preferred.
• Experience working with musicians, vocalists, worship leaders, and AV volunteers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of Sunday worship services.
• Schedule and communicate with worship team members, musicians, vocalists, AV volunteers, and other participants.
• Ensure worship plans, music selections, media presentations, and service flow are prepared in advance.
• Maintain regular communication with pastoral staff regarding sermon themes, special services, and events.
• Assist with rehearsals and worship preparation; ensure Sunday services are staffed and organized.
• Support special church services and seasonal events as assigned.
• Perform other worship-related duties as reasonably directed.
