Collaboration with the Campus Pastor is crucial for developing service orders and participating in key events such as Easter and Christmas Eve. A flexible 10-hour work week is provided, with commitment to volunteer development and worship team management.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams.
• Experience in team development and volunteer management preferred.
• Proficient in reading music and chord charts.
• Skilled in leading vocally and playing an instrument (preferably guitar).
• Familiarity with Pro Presenter preferred (training will be provided).
• Experience with worship technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and lead music for weekly worship services.
