Qualifications

• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent people management skills with staff and volunteers.
• Experience in ministry in a medium to large church setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly worship services in collaboration with Campus Pastor and Director of Worship Arts.
• Demonstrate proficiency in musicianship and worship leadership as vocalist/instrumentalist.
• Oversee technical/creative elements of worship services at campus level.
