Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years leading worship in a local church.
• Passion for building worshipers of Jesus.
• Strong vocalist and ability to lead musicians.
• Strong leadership skills to coach and develop contractors and volunteers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to excellence.
• Hardworking, sacrificial team player.
• Proficient with music theory, Ableton, and Planning Center.
• Ability to learn and use Asana, Rock Management Software and other needed software and programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Worship Team to plan and execute the vision of New Hope Church.
• Lead worship at campus events and services, guiding musicians and vocalists.
• Coach and develop campus worship team members with regular feedback.
• Partner with Campus Pastor and Campus Staff to align worship with strategy and culture.
• Assist with maintenance and organization of worship spaces and gear.
