Job summary

Seacoast Church's North Charleston Campus is seeking a Campus Worship Leader who can shepherd a worship and production team to create authentic experiences for weekend services and special events.

The role requires planning weekly worship sets, overseeing Ableton, ProPresenter, and AVL operations, and growing volunteers while embodying Seacoast culture. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the Campus Pastor.

Qualifications

• Exceptional musical talent and vocal ability.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Ability to recruit, lead, and train musicians and volunteers.
• Strong spiritual alignment with Seacoast Church.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a worship team to create dynamic weekend experiences.
• Plan weekly sets in Planning Center 4-5 weeks in advance.
• Oversee AVL systems and production at campus.
• Lead weekend services and special events.
• Collaborate with Campus Pastor and central Worship team.
