Job summary

Hope Church is seeking a Worship Experience Pastor to provide strategic, pastoral, and organizational leadership for worship and production across all environments. This role partners with senior leaders to align worship with the church's mission and growth plans, while also guiding platform leadership and volunteer development.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in worship leadership, theology, music, production, leadership, or related field preferred.
• Significant experience leading complex worship, production, or creative ministries in a large church or similarly complex environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead worship vocally and instrumentally from the platform.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-capacity leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion a compelling vision for worship experiences across all HOPE environments.
• Partner with the Ministries Director to ensure worship aligns with HOPE’s mission and strategy.
• Oversee worship and production strategy, ensuring scalability and future growth.
• Provide direct supervision and development for Worship Lead Pastor and Production Lead.
• Oversee the spiritual, creative, and practical design of worship environments.
• Maintain excellence in audio, video, lighting, livestream, and digital production.
• Collaborate across ministries to translate vision into worship and production execution.
• Champion healthy volunteer culture and leadership pipelines.
• Oversee departmental budgets and prudent resource stewardship.
