Snowflake, a leader in data warehousing, is seeking a Senior Director, WW Deal Desk to lead a global team and drive complex deal structuring, pricing and approvals. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance and RevOps to ensure fast, compliant and profitable closures across regions.

The role emphasizes AI-native transformation, governance, and superior executive communication, requiring 15+ years in related functions and a deep SaaS knowledge base. Location includes US-CA Dublin/Menlo Park.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in deal desk, procurement, or related fields with global team leadership.
• Extensive experience structuring and negotiating complex enterprise contracts.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and US GAAP in SaaS/consumption models.
• Proven ability to govern deal approvals and manage risk.
• Demonstrated AI/automation experience in finance or sales operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global Deal Desk team across regions and time zones.
• Advise Sales on structuring, pricing, discounting and negotiations for complex contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional input to move deals from structure to signature.
• Own governance of deal review, policies, and risk thresholds.
• Define and evolve policies, matrices and processes; drive adoption.
• Define and report KPIs for deal health and risk.
• Lead AI transformation, deploying agents and copilots for guidance and review.
• Measure impact on productivity, cycle time and deal quality.
