Lenovo is seeking a senior Category/4P leader to drive end-to-end Product, Price, Place and Promotion strategy for the ESMB Server business worldwide. You will coordinate with Offering, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and regional teams to shape the right portfolio and execute across markets.

The role requires 8+ years in category management or commercial planning, with a strong track record in a fast-paced technology environment and proven cross-functional leadership to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Management, Commercial Planning, or 4P Management.
• Strong understanding of the server, infrastructure or technology industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end WW Commercial 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for the ESMB Server business, collaborating with regional teams to drive alignment, execution and achieve financial goals.
• Product: work with the commercial product line management, offering group, and geo teams to drive the right product portfolio strategy.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to achieve financial targets.
• Lead WW Offering launch planning and execution.
• Price: Collaborate with regional teams to define appropriate pricing strategy for server products across markets.
• Promotion: Partner with regional teams to analyze promotional effectiveness, identify opportunities to improve ROI and share best practices across regions and sales teams.
• Place: Work with regional teams to develop and execute route-specific plans to maximize coverage and profitability.
