Lenovo is seeking an experienced Portfolio Planner for its ISG server options and sustaining releases, based in Morrisville, NC. The role turns customer and business needs into actionable portfolio plans and collaborates with server Product Managers to optimize lifecycle decisions.

The position requires leadership across Product Management, Development, Architecture, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Services, and Commercial teams to drive alignment, improve processes, and shorten cycle times

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in server, infrastructure, product management, portfolio management, program management, or technical leadership.
Strong understanding of enterprise server products, options, supply chain, quality, service, and lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

Set server option priorities and sustainment plans balancing customer need, business value, quality, security, supply continuity, feasibility, and lifecycle impact.
Oversee sustaining releases across server platforms and options; align milestones with roadmaps, resources, and customer commitments.
Represent Product Management in cross-functional reviews; drive alignment and ownership across teams and manage escalations.
Maintain reliable portfolio data and reporting for backlog, release readiness, risks, and decisions; use analytics to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
